With over 15 years of experience, Mary is a growth-stage People Strategy & Operations leader. She is passionate about building high-performing teams and driving initiatives that create a diverse and inclusive company culture. Currently, she serves as Ellevation's Vice President, People Strategy. Like many who join Ellevation, Mary was an English learner and is excited about Ellevation's mission and how she can help us reach 70% of English learners in schools nationwide.

Mary began her career journey working in the FinTech industry at International Securities Exchange and Nasdaq; and contributed to all facets of human capital management and global people operations. She later explored the CPG industry and joined KIND Snacks leading their HR Operations and Total Rewards functions. Prior to joining Ellevation, Mary led the hyper-growth stage for BEGiN, another early learning company, scaling the company through best-in-class talent initiatives and managed 3 acquisitions. 

Over the course of her career, Mary has been a strong champion for DEIB initiatives.  She cares deeply about creating a workplace environment that promotes relationship building, empathy and trust.
