Build stronger ELD programs with a unified system of action

Our latest investments for back to school 2026 make that system more efficient, more flexible, and more connected to the student growth information that informs planning and support decisions.
Reducing operational friction at scale
Multilingual learner teams often manage hundreds or thousands of students across multiple campuses, programs, and workflows. At that scale, even small inefficiencies can quickly become major administrative burdens.
Districts can now organize cycles into custom folders that reflect how their teams work, making it easier to prioritize and find work across categories like campus, program, or grade band.
We've also expanded bulk actions throughout Forms to reduce repetitive work. Teams can move signature-only forms to Done Editing in bulk, reopen submitted forms across large cycles, mark Family Communication forms as Sent Offline, and sign or add signatures to up to 2,000 forms at once..
New folder-level Get New Students functionality makes it easier to keep workflows current as enrollment changes throughout the year. With one action, teams can add newly enrolled students across every cycle within a folder rather than updating each cycle individually.
Teams can also quickly print student forms across multiple cycles directly from the Student Profile, then combine them into a single printable report. This streamlines transfers, cumulative record keeping, and compliance documentation without requiring users to navigate cycle by cycle.
Together, these improvements reduce operational friction and help multilingual learner teams spend less time managing processes and more time supporting students.
Giving districts more control over their workflows
Efficiency is important, but every district's processes are different. Teams need workflows that reflect their local requirements, terminology, and ways of working.
That's why we've introduced a completely redesigned Template Builder that gives districts greater flexibility and control over how forms are created.
The new Template Builder makes it easier to create purpose-built forms with a category-based field catalog, live previews, and flexible template-level customization. Districts can tailor fields, answer options, text formatting, and district branding to reflect local processes.
District administrators can also independently manage Custom Fields, giving districts greater control over the information they view and collect across both the Student List and Forms.
Together, these investments give districts greater control over both the workflows they build and the information they collect, helping Forms reflect local processes and unique district needs.
Bringing planning, progress, and action together
Operational efficiency and customization are important, but they are ultimately in service of something larger: helping educators make informed decisions that support student growth.
Bringing student progress data into planning workflows makes support conversations more informed and planning more intentional.
Districts can now bring Benchmark scores directly into Forms, keeping current language growth visible where planning conversations happen.
They're also able to build comprehensive Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) that combine language development Goals, Benchmark data, planning criteria, district branding, and richer formatting within a single workflow.
Together, these enhancements keep student growth, planning, and documentation connected, helping support conversations become more informed and intentional.
