Our hiring process

Here’s what to expect at each stage when applying for one of our roles.

Step 1

Application review

Our Talent Acquisition team reviews resumes weekly to get back to candidates as soon as possible.

Step 2

Interviews

Candidates can expect to interview with their team and a member of leadership to dive deeper into the role. They can also prepare to meet with 2-3 Ellevation team members across the company to get a feel for our values, culture, and how we work.

Step 3

Competitive offer

We believe in transparency and fairness throughout our hiring process. At this stage, candidates can expect a detailed discussion about our competitive offers and transparent salary pay ranges. We value clarity and equity, ensuring that every team member feels valued and fully informed. 

Note: Some roles may require an additional step, like a pre-interview activity or a recording via a video interview tool.
