As Ellevation's Chief Technology Officer, Dan leads the engineering teams -- who are responsible for rapidly and safely evolving the technical systems to meet the needs of Ellevation's partners. For the last 25 years, Dan has worked as an engineer, product developer, and manager at companies around Boston. Before he joined Ellevation, he led the Logistics and Supply Chain Engineering team at Wayfair, building systems to support warehousing, transportation, and order management.

Prior to that, he worked at a variety of startups, including a period as an early employee at HubSpot, where he led the building of their Marketing Analytics offering. He speaks and writes on lean product development, post-mortems, driving major rewrites, and other topics.
