Candidate Referrals

You know what’s best for Ellevation and your referrals are important to helping our team grow! We want to make the recruiting process as smooth as possible and rewarding for all involved. Ellevation currently rewards employees with $1,000 for a successful hire and $2,000 for a successful Software Engineer hire after 90 days of employment. We change up these incentives and reward amounts from time to time to keep the program fresh and appropriate based on the competitiveness of certain roles in the market.

Time Off

We know how hard you work and recognize the importance of providing you with time for rest and relaxation. We fully encourage you to get this rest by taking paid vacation time. To that end, we do not maintain a stated limit as to the number of paid vacation days that full-time employees may take during a calendar year. Full-time employees are encouraged to take vacation time as needed, provided that they use good judgment to ensure that business needs are met.

In addition to our flexible time off (vacation) policy, we also offer sick and holiday pay. The company closes the office for a week long winter break at the end of December.

Parental Benefits

We offer 10 weeks of paid leave for the birth, fostering, or adoption of a child. This is time for both parents to bond with the new family member and is separate from the recovery period of giving birth.
